  Disconnected from God Waste of Time
  Sing. Sing. Sing. Talk abt what Discovery Church has done in the community & THEIR future plans for Discovery Church. I have been there twice. First time. Sing for an hour straight (2 songs), then talk about two verses he wants to read for 15 minutes to half an hour b4 finally reading ONE verse & ending services. Second time. Sing. Sing. Sing. Very boring music. The whole first Hour is singing just one jingle over & over & over. Talk about what Discovery Church has & will do in the near future for the neighborhood. That's great, but what about Jesus? What abt God? Bible anyone? Overall very boring & plain. A GREAT WASTE OF TIME!
  Also, IDK the Pastors name, but I DO know his face, & I'm pretty sure Steven Reames is The Preacher.

  I have been a member of Discovery Church for many year. If you're looking for authentic worship, challenging sermons and the opportunity to study the Word, give us a try. I've made lifelong friends and so can you!

  Words cannot express how grateful we are to be a part of this church family. We have been attending here for several years. We, along with our four kids, have become a part of a fun, faith filled group of authentic people who are attempting to go beyond knowing the word of God. To go boldly into a lifestyle of doing the word of God. To serve those around us as the hands and feet of Jesus. If you want to be challenge and grow in your knowledge of God's Word; if you want to live a life making a difference in the lives of others; if you are looking for authentic relationship with other believers; if you are looking for a community of faith where your family can grow together, Discovery Church is a great place to be. Thank you, Discovery Church for the difference you have made in our family.

  Coming in as a youth, and now a young adult, I really feel the Holy Spirit working through Discovery Church. It's a good place to hear the word, be encouraged to know it yourself, and then go out and do. The crowd attending regularly is normally an older generation, with smaller groups of youth and adults. And the connection to be made with the people here is worth it. Discovery has a great way of avoiding cliques and just being one wholesome family, enjoying one another where they're at. They also practice and enjoy being opened armed with new people and including them as family too. I have the sense God's led more than a dozen people here and it's crazy seeing a part of His plan in person. Discovery has provided ample opportunity for me to see the Holy Spirit in action and love others, as well as worship and hear good substance from the Word. The speaker changes frequently as well, which can also be refreshing.
  
  Either way, after attending a couple weeks or more, Discovery can start to feel like home. It's been amazing connecting with God's people here.
