  A church for the Spiritually curious. Friendly, safe environment.

  We searched for a church home for the first year that we lived here and ended up at The Journey. The pastor, Mike Boswell, gives the best talks that my husband and I have ever heard. We have attended Catholic, Methodist, Lutheran, Episcopal, Quaker and three different non-denominational churches over a span of 50 years. Mike's messages beat all. He explains everything so well that we are never left wondering what he said. He shares scriptures that back up his messages. There is a good worship band every Sunday. Mike plays bass and his beautiful daughter sings and plays the keyboard. If you are searching for a new church, be sure to try The Journey!

  After a long... long... search we finally found what we're looking for. A GREAT pastor, a growing church and dedication to saving lives. IF you haven't heard Mike speak, go see him or checkout his video's on the website.

  On a trip to Boise while considering a move here we visited this church. We were looking online at reviews of churches in the area and liked the reviews of this one so decided to give it a try. The other reviews are spot on with what this church is. We have two kids and this church has rooms for all ages to play and learn about God while the parents are in the main room during the service. When we walked in we were greeted right away. Everyone was so friendly and genuine. We moved to Meridian about a month ago now and have been going to this church on Sundays. Once again the people there are friendly and welcoming. The pastor even remembered us from our vacation. It is a very family oriented church and a very close community without making new people feel uncomfortable or pressured to believe or act in a certain way. This church is very open to all types of people and encourages you to find God in a way you feel comfortable with. The sermons so far have been positive, uplifting, and encouraging. This church has been a wonderful transition into something more meaningful for me and my family.

  Was searching for a church with a good message and found one here. I Love how the pastor speaks his message every week and I really understand what he's talking about when done. Everything is clear for those of us who aren't Bible scholars and I've always loved how down to Earth and easy to interpret the messages Mike has to offer each week.
  
  We were on our own journey to find the perfect fit for our family and after a year or more of visiting other Christian, Methodist, Catholic, and many more churches we found a home at The Journey. They also have tons of fun, do lots of activities and have made great friends there and my kids love it always telling me they don't ever want to go to another church.
